DYSL.IO Inc. develops inclusive mobile applications for neurodivergent and physically disabled individuals. The App increases accessibility for individuals with reading and writing difficulties by providing access to readback software, writing assistance, spell check, and grammar check.

DYSL.IO Inc. is based in Canada. We handle your personal information according to Canadian privacy legislation. However, ChatGPT is based in California. As a result, your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States and may be subject to the laws and access by the government, courts, law enforcement or regulatory organizations in the United States.

The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through the App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any App security measures.

You can deactivate your user profile and delete your account through the App at any time.

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not actively market our App to children under the age of 18. When you contact DYSL.IO Inc. in this regard, we may ask you for further information to confirm your identity and the nature of the information being sought.
After we receive your request for access to personal information, DYSL.IO Inc. will provide you with an estimate of when you can expect a response.
